About SKOEPS
SKOEPS is the world’s first national news site that consists entirely of eyewitness images. People capture news events with their phones and send the pictures or videos directly to Skoeps.nl. Their images are often unique, and highly sought after by other media.
SKOEPS has very quickly become a successful format in the Netherlands, thanks to the participation of thousands of enthusiastic amateur reporters. In 2007 SKOEPS will be introduced in other countries in Europe and beyond.
